Fast handling of returns
No problem for us! Please observe the following points:
We can only accept and process your returns smoothly, if you register them with us using the Registration Form for Returns (see below). After we have confirmed your returns registration, please hand the goods over to our logistics partner UPS or the forwarding agent who works with us.
Very important: returns may only be sent back in the original packaging. We cannot accept unregistered goods or goods sent to us without postage.
So please fill in first the Registration Form for Returns with all necessary information and sent it to us – either the fast convenient way as a mail or print it out and fax it.
If you are a customer in Germany you will then receive by post a filled in Returns Note (including a copy for yourself) and the Returns Paper with the UPS barcode which is necessary for the despatch. For customers abroad the further processing is done by the respective sales team.
Put the Returns Note inside the package, stick the Returns Paper on the outside of the box. Hand the package to the UPS driver at the next opportunity or have it collected via the UPS service no. 00 49 (0)18 06 882663.
Our forwarding agent will be commissioned to collect large returns packages.
