The electrically operated ritter AES 72 SR-H all-purpose slicer is a practical kitchen aid that makes food preparation noticeably easier. Designed as a multi-slicer, it is just as suitable for preparing cold cuts as it is for slicing fresh fruit and vegetables. With its height, it is perfect for integration in handleless drawers and can be used in kitchen units equipped with an extra-thick worktop. The basic equipment includes a powerful 65 W energy-saving motor. It is operated with a safety 2-finger switch-on system and enables various operating modes. These include momentary and continuous operation for up to 5 minutes. The circular blade with serrated edge and a diameter of 170 mm can be removed and replaced without tools using the quick-release bayonet lock. The cutting thickness is infinitely variable up to 14 mm. Other safety features include a folding lock when the cutting thickness is set and an automatic locking mechanism. Made of full metal, the bread slicer is particularly durable. The scope of delivery includes a stainless steel food collection tray, a finger guard bracket and a waste holder. The cable for the power supply is 80 cm long.
