Lasse Naber leads the Family Business into the Future with a New Team
Effective January 1, 2026, Naber GmbH is taking a significant step in its corporate development: the long-standing Managing Partners, Ingrid Naber and Hans-Joachim Naber, are handing over their responsibilities to a new management team. The new team is lead by Lasse Naber, who has been playing a key role in shaping the third-generation family business for many years. He has been a Managing Director since 2003 and a Managing Partner of Naber GmbH for more than ten years. Together with his parents, he has actively driven the transformation into a design- and innovation-oriented kitchen accessories specialist and continuously shaped the company‘s entrepreneurial development.

From 2026, the management board will be complemented by long-standing employees Ralf Brümmer and Ulrich von Wuthenau. With this realignment, Naber sets a clear focus on future and growth, aiming to further expand its leading role in the market and continue its success story.
A Life‘s Work that Shaped Naber
The company‘s roots date back to 1948. What began as a wholesale business for carpentry supplies was developed over many decades into a modern, internationally oriented company under the leadership of Ingrid and Hans-Joachim Naber. The original trading operation grew into a high-performance supplier of kitchen accessories, whose service spectrum goes far beyond the role of a classic wholesaler: Naber develops its own products in numerous product groups, strategically advances its assortments, and has many of these developments manufactured exclusively. This transformation towards a design-oriented and highly innovative kitchen accessories specialist significantly shapes the current company.
Since the 1970s, Ingrid and Hans-Joachim Naber, with their entrepreneurial foresight, modernized the assortment and promoted technical innovations. Their passion for functional, aesthetic, and high-quality solutions has firmly anchored Naber in the market. Essential developments in the areas of ventilation technology, waste separation, and furniture fittings arose under their leadership, and they continue to determine the company‘s identity today. Simultaneously, they created a work environment where quality, reliability, and appreciative collaboration are central and practiced values.

Strengthening the Management
With Ralf Brümmer and Ulrich von Wuthenau, two individuals who have successfully co-shaped the company for years are joining the management board. Ralf Brümmer has been responsible for the operational control and further development of business processes as Commercial Director since 2016. Ulrich von Wuthenau has been the Export Manager since 2016 and has advanced the international focus during this time. Both bring long experience, deep expertise, and a strong connection to Naber. Together with Lasse Naber as Managing Partner, the new management team will drive the future corporate development with a clear focus. The goal is to further expand the company‘s innovative strength, sustainably strengthen its market position, optimize internal structures in the course of digitalization, and secure the company‘s future as a responsibly managed family business.
