A space-saving solution for food preparation: the ritter AES 62-H universal slicer for cutting bread, sausage, fruit and vegetables. Designed extra high, it fits kitchen units with particularly thick worktops and is equally suitable for installation in drawers with handleless fronts. As soon as the drawer is opened, the multi-slicer folds up and the opening fitting locks automatically. The energy-saving 65 W motor included in the set is powerful and durable. A momentary and continuous switch are available as operating modes. Equipped with a serrated edge, the accompanying round blade with a diameter of 170 mm excels with precise cutting results up to 14 mm. A high degree of safety during operation is ensured by the folding lock when the cutting thickness is set. The knife can be removed and replaced without tools thanks to the quick-release bayonet lock. The bread slicer is made of robust metal and comes with a 5-year manufacturer's guarantee. A practical accessory included in the scope of delivery is a stainless steel tray for the food to be cut, including a fastening, and a retaining bracket for the finger guard.
