The ritter AES 72 SR all-purpose slicer is a modern kitchen aid that slices bread, fruit and vegetables to the desired thickness. It is suitable for installation in drawers so that no space is lost on the worktop. When folded open, the opening fitting locks automatically. The basic equipment includes a powerful energy-saving motor with a momentary and short operation time of up to 5 minutes for all planned kitchen work. The polished serrated blade with a diameter of 17 cm is characterised by its high cutting performance with a cutting thickness of up to approx. 14 mm. It can be removed without tools thanks to the bayonet lock. The 2-finger switch-on system and the folding lock after setting the cutting thickness ensure a high level of safety during operation. The multi-cutter is made of high-quality all-metal. The manufacturer's guarantee is 5 years. The range of functions can be extended with optionally available accessories such as a smooth ham knife. Replacement blades with a serrated edge are available if required.
