The Ritter AES 72 SR universal slicer is a modern kitchen appliance that slices bread, fruit and vegetables to the desired thickness. It is designed to be fitted into drawers, so no worktop space is wasted. When opened, the hinge mechanism locks automatically. The standard specification includes a powerful motor capable of high torque and short-term operation for up to 5 minutes, suitable for all planned kitchen tasks. The polished serrated blade, with a diameter of 17 cm, is characterised by its high cutting performance at a cutting thickness of up to approx. 14 mm. It can be removed without tools thanks to the bayonet lock. The 2-finger activation system and the folding lock once the cutting thickness has been set ensure a high level of safety during operation. The multi-cutter is manufactured to a high standard from solid metal. The manufacturer’s warranty is valid for 5 years. The range of functions can be expanded with optionally available accessories, such as a smooth-bladed ham knife. Replacement serrated blades are available if required.
For installation in drawers from 450 mm cabinet width. Prerequisite: clear internal dimension: >344 mm. Stands in front of the worktop.Â
