The Ritter E118 electric universal slicer is a versatile kitchen appliance that assists with food preparation. The multi-slicer cuts bread, sausage and cheese with absolutely no effort. The appliance is suitable for installation on swivel mechanisms in kitchen base units with a cabinet width of 400 mm or more. This installation allows the appliance to be effortlessly raised from the cupboard to worktop height, where it can be easily operated. The slicer is fitted with a powerful 65 W motor. It features a safety switch, a momentary switch and a continuous-operation switch, as well as a practical 5-minute short-run function. The cutting thickness can be continuously adjusted from 0 to 14 mm. The circular blade, with its polished cutting edge and serrated edge, ensures precise cuts. It has a diameter of 17 cm. Thanks to its metal construction and high-quality finish, the universal slicer is easy to maintain. Power is supplied via the 230 V mains using the included 73 cm-long mains cable. The scope of delivery includes a food collection tray and mounting accessories.
