The Ritter AES 62 universal slicer is a valuable addition to any kitchen. The appliance is designed for slicing bread, fruit, vegetables and other foodstuffs. When folded away, it fits into drawers with a cabinet width of 450 mm or more and is quickly ready for use when needed. In terms of convenience, the self-locking stand mechanism proves to be a great advantage whilst also enhancing safety during operation. The standard specification includes a powerful motor fitted with safety, torque and continuous-operation switches, as well as a short-term operation mode lasting up to 5 minutes. The serrated circular blade delivers precise cutting performance with a slice thickness adjustment of up to approx. 14 mm. Made from high-quality metal, the multi-cutter boasts a long service life. The cutting machine is available in two variants, with the material to be cut fed from the left or right, to suit individual requirements. The non-serrated slicing blade and a stainless steel drip tray for the cut material are recommended as optional accessories.
