The ritter all-purpose slicer type AES 62 is an enriching addition to kitchen equipment. The appliance is used for cutting bread, fruit, vegetables and other foods. When folded, it fits into drawers with a cabinet width of 450 mm or more and is quickly ready for use when needed. When it comes to convenience, the self-locking opening fitting proves to be advantageous and at the same time increases safety during operation. The basic equipment includes a powerful energy-saving motor with safety, momentary and continuous switches as well as short-time operation for up to 5 minutes. The circular blade with serrated edge impresses with its precise cutting performance with a cutting thickness setting of up to approx. 14 mm. Made of high-quality metal, the multi-cutter scores with a long service life. The slicer is optionally available in two versions, with the cutting material guided on the left or right to meet personal requirements. Optional accessories include the non-toothed slicing knife and a stainless steel tray for the cut product.
