The ritter all-purpose slicer type AES 52 with folding lock is a particularly convenient way to process a wide variety of foods. Thanks to its compact design, the appliance takes up very little space and is suitable for installation in drawers with a width of 300 mm or more. One of the main plus points is the ease of use, as the multi-slicer can be folded up in one easy step. For cleaning purposes, it can be removed and reinstalled just as quickly without tools. The basic equipment includes a powerful yet energy-saving motor. A switch selects between safety, continuous and short-time operation for up to 5 minutes. The circular blade with polished cutting edge and serrated edge is characterised by its excellent cutting performance up to a thickness of approx. 14 mm. A non-serrated slicing knife is available as an option. Made of metal, the slicer impresses with long-lasting properties, and the quality claim is underlined by a 5-year manufacturer's guarantee.
