The Ritter AES 52 multi-cutter, featuring a fold-away lock, makes it particularly convenient to prepare a wide variety of foods. Thanks to its compact design, the appliance takes up very little space and is suitable for fitting into drawers with a cabinet width of 300 mm or more. One of its key advantages is its ease of use, as the multi-slicer can be folded away in a single simple step. It can also be removed and refitted just as quickly without the need for tools for cleaning purposes. The standard specification includes a powerful motor. A switch allows you to choose between safety mode, continuous operation and short-term operation for up to 5 minutes. The circular blade, with its polished cutting edge and serrated edge, is characterised by its excellent cutting performance up to a thickness of approx. 14 mm. A non-serrated slicing blade is available as an option. Made from metal, the slicer impresses with its features, whilst its high quality is underlined by a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty.
