The adapter for Swiss plugs turns a Schuko plug into a CH-compliant appliance connection for the socket. The adapter plug has IP20 protection for dry indoor areas. Its design has been tested by the Swiss trade association Electrosuisse. After installation, the adapter cannot be detached. It is available with different current ratings.
